Why LustSutra exists
For a long time, buying a vibrator, a lubricant or a couples toy in India meant one of two things: a shady website with doubtful products and no way to reach anyone, or simply not buying at all. We started LustSutra because pleasure and intimacy are a normal part of adult life, and adults deserve a store that treats them that way. You should be able to read clear facts about what you are buying, pay the way you like, and receive it privately.
Where our products come from
We buy genuine stock from brand distributors, such as LoveCherry, and from other established suppliers. We do not sell copies, unbranded knock-offs or products of unknown origin. If we cannot trace where a product comes from, we do not list it.
We only stock products made from body-safe materials, such as silicone, ABS plastic, glass and stainless steel, and lubricants with a clear ingredient list. Every product page gives the material, size and care details the maker provides. When the maker does not state something, we say so instead of guessing. How your order ships
Every order is packed by hand at our own store house in India. It goes out in a plain, unbranded box. There is no LustSutra logo on the outside and no product names on the label, so nobody handling the parcel can tell what is inside.

Your privacy
We use your name, phone number and address only to process and deliver your order and to reply when you write to us. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and your bank or card statement shows a neutral merchant name rather than a description of what you bought. Honest limits: what we promise and what we don’t
We are a young store, and we would rather be clear than impressive. Here is what you can count on:

- Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (return shipping is paid by the customer). If something arrives faulty or damaged, we arrange a free return and a replacement or refund. See our returns policy.

And here is what we don’t do. We don’t claim that any product treats, cures or fixes a medical or sexual health problem; if you have pain or a health concern, please speak to a doctor. We don’t show reviews or ratings we have not received, and we don’t run fake countdown sales. We don’t offer same-day delivery or a walk-in shop. Our range is still growing, so if you cannot find something, tell us and we will look into it.
