Privacy is the first thing most people ask about when they order from LustSutra. This page explains exactly how your order is packed, what the parcel shows, how cash on delivery works and what happens if you are not at home.
The plain box
Every order is packed by hand at our own store house in India. Your products go into a plain, unbranded outer box or mailer. There is no LustSutra logo, no pictures and no description of the contents on the outside. The products themselves, including any retail boxes, stay hidden inside.
What the label shows, and what it doesn’t
The shipping label shows only what the courier needs to deliver the parcel:
- Your name, delivery address and phone number.
- A neutral sender name and return address.
- The order or tracking number, and the amount to pay if you chose cash on delivery.
The label never shows product names, brand names, the words “sex toy” or “adult”, or any picture of what is inside. Nobody handling the parcel, from the courier to a neighbour who takes it in, can tell what you ordered.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across India with no extra fee. Choose it at checkout and pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Please keep your phone reachable around delivery time, because the courier may call to confirm your address or arrange the drop-off. Keep the exact amount ready if you can; it makes the handover quick. Delivery is free whether you pay online or by cash on delivery. Step by step, with answers to common questions: sex toys with cash on delivery.
Timing and tracking
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days and usually arrive within 3–7 days, depending on your location. As soon as your parcel leaves our store house, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it and plan to be around when it arrives.
If nobody is home
If the courier cannot deliver on the first try, they will usually try again or call you to arrange a better time. If the parcel still cannot be delivered, it comes back to our store house and we email you to sort out what happens next. If you know you will be away, write to us before dispatch and we will do our best to help.
Returns, in short
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we arrange a free return and a replacement or refund. Full details are in our returns policy.
Billing and your data
If you pay online, your bank or card statement shows a neutral merchant name, not a description of what you bought. We use your details only to process and deliver your order, and we never sell or share them for marketing. Read our privacy policy for the details.
Questions about discreet delivery
Will anyone know what I ordered?
No. Your order ships in a plain, unbranded box. The label shows your name, address and a neutral sender name, but no product names, brand names or pictures.
Is there a fee for cash on delivery?
No. Cash on delivery is available across India with no extra fee, and delivery is free on every order. Keep your phone reachable so the courier can contact you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days and usually arrive within 3–7 days, depending on your location. We email you a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
Can someone else receive the parcel for me?
Yes. Because the box is plain and the label shows no product details, a family member or neighbour can take it in without knowing what is inside. For cash on delivery, they will need to pay the amount due.
What shows on my bank statement?
A neutral merchant name, never a description of the products you bought. If you prefer, you can pay by cash on delivery instead.
