Before you write
A short message works best: what you need, your order number if you have one, and how you would like us to reply. We never share your messages, and we will not add you to any mailing list because you wrote to us.
We do not have a shop, a pickup point or a phone line, so email is the way to reach us. Please do not send photos of yourself or anything you would not want stored in an inbox; a photo of the product and its packaging is all we ever need.
