These terms apply when you buy from LustSutra at lustsutra.com. They are written to be read, not skimmed. If anything is unclear, write to care@lustsutra.com before you order.
Who can buy
You must be 21 or older to browse or buy from LustSutra. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or over and that the products are for your own adult use or for another adult.
Products
Everything we sell is a personal wellness or novelty item for adults. Product pages list the material, size, power and care details the maker provides; where the maker does not say, we write “not stated by the maker” rather than guess. Please read the product page and the care instructions before use, and stop using any product that causes pain or irritation.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include taxes. Delivery is free on every order. You can pay online through our payment provider or choose cash on delivery, which has no extra fee. We confirm cash on delivery orders by phone, so please give a mobile number you can answer. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund of anything paid.
Delivery
We pack orders at our own store house in India, usually within one to two days, and most parcels arrive 3 to 7 days after ordering. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box. The details are on our discreet delivery page and our cash on delivery page.
Returns and faulty items
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened intimate products, lingerie and lubricants cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded with a free return. The full rules are in returns and hygiene.
Reviews
Only verified buyers can review a product, through a private link we send after delivery. We publish every genuine review, good or bad, and never edit what a reviewer says. How reviews work.
