LustSutra sells intimate wellness products, so we know privacy matters more here than almost anywhere. This policy explains, in plain words, what we collect when you visit or order, why, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, delivery address, email address, mobile number and what you ordered. Our shop runs on WooCommerce, and these details are stored with your order on our own website.
- Payment: if you pay online, your card or UPI details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. With cash on delivery, no payment details are collected at all.
- Account: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Reviews: if you write a review, the text, your star rating and the name you choose to show.
How we use it
- To pack, ship and deliver your order, and to confirm cash on delivery orders by phone.
- To send emails about your order: confirmation, dispatch with a tracking link and, about a week after delivery, one private link inviting a review. You can ignore it.
- To answer your messages to care@lustsutra.com.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to get your parcel to you: the courier receives your name, address, phone number and the amount due for cash on delivery, never a description of the products. Our payment provider processes online payments, and our web host stores the website and its database. Each receives only what its job needs.
Cookies and your browser
The site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries that it needs to work: one remembers that you confirmed you are 21 or over so the age check does not appear on every page, and WooCommerce cookies keep the items in your cart and your login session. We do not run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty questions. If you close your account, we remove the account itself; order records the law requires us to keep stay with the order.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to care@lustsutra.com from the email address on your order. We reply within one working day.
