How cash on delivery works
- Add your products to the cart and go to checkout.
- Enter your name, delivery address and a phone number you will answer.
- Choose cash on delivery as the payment method and place the order.
- We pack it in a plain box and dispatch it within 1 to 2 days, then email you a tracking link.
- The courier may call to confirm your address or the delivery time.
- You pay the amount on the label in cash and take the parcel.

Keep your phone reachable
Couriers often call before delivering a COD parcel. If they cannot reach you, they may mark it undelivered and try again later. Answering, or calling back from the tracking page, is the quickest way to get your parcel. Keeping the exact amount ready makes the handover quick.
If someone else takes the parcel
A family member, flatmate or neighbour can receive it for you and pay the amount due. Because the box is plain and the label shows no product details, they cannot tell what you ordered.
Changing your mind
If you no longer want the order, email care@lustsutra.com before it is dispatched and we will cancel it. Once it is on its way, it is kinder to tell us than to refuse it at the door, though a parcel that is refused or cannot be delivered simply comes back to our store house and we email you about what happens next. You pay nothing for a parcel you do not accept.
Returns on COD orders
The same returns policy applies however you paid. Unopened items in their sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery (you pay the return postage). For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we arrange a free return and a replacement or refund.
Paying online instead
